High Pressure In-Pipe Washing Machines are Washing Machines used to remove oil and breakable residues with High Pressure spray from the welding places in the pipes before assembly.
High pressure in-pipe washing machines can be used in lengths with a diameter of 40 mm and larger than this.
With helical rotating nozzles, every point of the pipe is scanned with high pressure and washing.
During washing, washing is done in the pipe with a movable collector by moving up and down.
Turntable Washing;
In Rotary Table Washing Machines, operations are carried out with a turntable movement at different stations.
The washing process is carried out in 6 or 8 stations on the turntable.
High Pressure pump pressures are used in the range of 60-120 bar in Rotary Table machines.
The washing time and pressure can be adjusted according to the pollution.
With the operations at different stations on the turntable, a pipe is washed in the range of 10-30 seconds.
Cabin Washing
In Cabinet Pipe Washing Machines, 1 or 2 pipes are washed on a fixed floor in one wash.
Washing and drying is carried out with a movable collector.
Tooth washing can be added optionally.
The washing time and pressure can be adjusted according to the pollution.
In pipe washing, High Pressure pump pressures are used in the range of 60-120 bar.

Cleaning of welded closed pipe interiors in the manufacture of shock absorbers and pressure systems,
Cleaning of impurities (Oil, Sawdust and Burrs) that occur during production,
It is used to clean the dirt on the surface of materials or products after production.
